Jeff shares his thoughts on upgrading to Windows 10 while it is still just 2 months old and the answer is to wait a while longer.
The presentation answers the following questions and more:
- What is really new about Windows 10?
- Can Windows 10 do what we currently do with Windows 7 or 8.1?
- Should I purchase a new computer with Windows 10 or one with Windows 7?
- What are the things I need to do to prepare to upgrade?
I want to make a correction on something I said during the meeting about the tiles seen on the Start Menu or the screen during Tablet Mode. Tiles ARE indeed installed here at upgrade. I had simply customized my Start Menu by removing many of the preset tiles while adding and resizing others
