This week we addressed the following questions submitted by members.

1. How does one send photos by Gmail or other email program?
2. How do we get photos to and from and iPad and PC or Mac.
3. What is “the cloud” and how do we use it?
4. How can we print from an iPad (or iPhone)?

Summerset Computer Club Meeting Minutes July 10 2014

Club members submitted questions and Jeff share 4 that might benefit the club at large. The questions were:

 

1. How much space is left on my computer?
   1. I will share how you can see how much space is left over on your computer to you can be comfortable that you can still add photos or documents, etc.
   2. I will even show how to find photos on your camera or smart phone if it is attached to your computer.
2. How do I insert a photo in a brochure or document and make it bigger?
   1. Creating a flyer for a yard sale or business is much better with pictures and I will show how to make a picture larger or smaller.
3. How can I save a photo or video I see on Facebook?
   1. If your family posts pictures or videos and you would like a copy for yourself, I will show how to do this.
4. Any and all instructions on Picasa
   1. Many have asked about Picasa and I will do an initial showing of what Picasa does, how to install it and how to read up on it for yourself.
